" Games for everyone" учащиеся узнают о возникновении Паралимпийских игр,где и когда они были проведены впервые, познакомятся с 4 видами спорта,которые характерны для Паралимпийских игр, такие как голбол, бочча, регби на инвалидных колясках, футбол 5х 5. Им интересно будет узнать о других видах спорта, которыми занимаются паралимпийцы. В конце презентации учащимся предлагается отгадать кроссворд-найти и записать слова по теме Paralympic Games.

The Paralympic Games
The first Games for athletes with a disability were held in 1948 in Stoke Mandeville, England. On the day of the Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Games in London, the first competition for wheelchair athletes was organised. In 1952 athletes from the Netherlands joined the Games; thus the international movement was born. Olympic style games for athletes with a disability were organised for the first time in Rome in 1960.

The Paralympic Games schedule includes 19 types of sports.15 are shared with the Olympic Games, the other four are exclusevively Paralympic Games.
In 1976 the first Paralympic Winter Games took place in Sweden.

A new page in Paralympic history was written when , in 1988, the Paralympic Games were held immediately following the Olympic Games in Seoul, Korea, using the same facilities as the Olympic Games .
Since this date the Summer and the Winter Paralympic Games have followed the Olympic Games using the same stadiums, village and in many cases sponsors and organisational structures.

7. It is a sport for people who are wheelchair users. The players throw the coloured balls as closer as possible to a white ball. It requires concentration, coordination, accuracy and team work.
Boccia
8. It is a team sport in which only blind athletes can participate. It is played with a ball which has a bell inside. When the game is in progress, the gym is completely silent. This sport needs the players to be strong and have good orientation skills.
Goalball.
9.It is a combination of rules and skills required in basketball and rugby. The games are held on a basketball ground, the ball is similar to the one used in volleyball. Each team consists of four players.
Wheelchair rugby
