  • Purpose: to learn about the main traditions of English cuisine and get acquainted with them.

  • Perhaps in the course of my research, I can not only acquaint classmates with the traditions and food of English cuisine, but also replenish their English vocabulary.

Rich British high society are well versed in wine, so this drink has become traditional during the meal. As a rule, they prefer to see French wine, port or sherry on their table.   • During the work on the project,we got acquainted with English cuisine, traditional and festive dishes of England, as well as introduced our classmates. The British follow the diet. Main meals: morning tea, Breakfast, lunch, traditional five-hour tea, lunch.Work on the project continues, we also found out that the great preference is given to the British - meat. Our prospects for the future study of meats and cook them.
