The past forms of “to be” are was and were. We use was with (singular pronouns) I, He, She, It. We use were with (plural pronouns) We, You, They. 2) Then look through the texts and read out the sentences “to be ” in Past Simple 3) You should read the text with your group to discuss the questions in your groups.
