As a candidate for this program, I am really enthusiastic about improving my academic knowledge, interpersonal skills and also some tips about crucial learning style. However, I am intending not only to make my personal development more sophisticated but also to share my useful learning , teaching experience with youngsters like me .Firstly, it is obvious that other candidates participating in this program value experience and exchange of teaching ways. I prefer teaching methods that actively involve students in learning .

Immersing students in the target language helps them use it more independently and this can lead to increase confidence and better vocabulary. Students enjoy listening to ‘ real people ’ speaking the target language, so get our colleagues involved.

So, we can start with encouraging students and staff to use the language. Students make the most progress when they are enjoying themselves. This enables teachers to make the lesson more interesting for students and this also avoided students from getting bored from the lesson. To sum up, I would like to say that this program would create such opportunity to fulfill my intentions concerning my professional goals, personal development and teaching experience. In addition, I could also be in favor of their viewpoints regarding education and travel.
