Цель урока: повторение и закрепление лексико-грамматических умений.

Задачи урока: 1) систематизировать знания лексики,

2) закрепить грамматические знания,

3) формирование умений работать в команде,

4) расширять лингвистический кругозор,

5) способствовать развитию творческих и языковых способностей,

6) мотивировать к дальнейшему изучению английского языка.

Ход урока.

Good morning, everybody! Pupils, teachers and our guests! We are happy to see you at our competition. This competition will show your achievement and knowledge of the English language. I wish you success. Be active, honest, industrious and helpful and you will win.

A slogan of our competition is: “ Learn English and you’ll be lucky!”

Now it’s time to introduce your teams. Say your motto and describe your team!

These performances were wonderful and we continue the contest. Now you get some cards with the words in transcription. Your task is to read and translate them correctly.

The next task will show your knowledge of irregular verbs. I’ll name the infinitive form and you should say the past simple, past participle forms and give the translation.

1. Домашнее задание. Кроссворд (10 баллов )

Your home task was to do the crosswords about Performing Arts:Cinema. So the theams change your crosswords, yor have 5min to solve them.

4.1.While our teams solve their task, we can play with their fans. You can score extra points to your team. You should answer the questions correctly.

1) Who is your sister’s son? (nephew)

2) Your father’s mother? (granny)

3) Your mother’s niece? (cousin)

4) Your father’s sister? (aunt)

1. Do you know the parts of our body which consist of three letters? Name them! (eye,ear, leg,lip,arm,toe)
