Введение.

В настоящее время в преподавании иностранных языков используются различные методы и приёмы обучения. Сегодня многие преподаватели стремятся найти более эффективные приёмы обучения, практическому владению иностранных языков, отказываясь от устаревших традиционных, которые не приносят никакого результата. Всё это связано с острой потребностью в улучшении обучения иностранному языку. Этот факт связан с важными социально - педагогическими и психологическими факторами. Во - первых, нужны кадры нового типа, для которых иностранный язык превратится в средство изучения и преобразования действительности с помощью системы коммуникативной и практической деятельности.

Во - вторых, необходимо достичь единого образовательного уровня, в том числе языковой подготовке всех молодых людей. В - третьих, каждая научно обоснованная система обучения иностранному языку должна оказывать влияние на комплексное и гармоническое воспитание и развитие личности.

К эффективным средствам воздействия при обучении мы относим ролевые игры. Известно, что игра обладает большими обучающими и воспитывающими возможностями, её можно рассматривать как точную модель общения. Преимущество ролевой игры перед другими коммуникативными упражнениями заключается в том, что она предполагает подражание действительности в её наиболее существенных чертах, усиление личной сопричастности ко всему происходящему.

Студент включается в ситуацию, хотя и не через своё я, но через я соответствующей роли. Ясно ощущаемое личностное ядро (даже если герой отрицательный) повышает эмоциональный статус «актёра», что положительно сказывается на результате и, в конечном счете, на усвоении английского языка.

Ролевая игра способствует формированию учебного сотрудничества и партнерства, поскольку она предполагает участие группы студентов, которые должны слаженно взаимодействовать, точно учитывать реакции друг друга, и друг другу помогать. Процесс обучения в этих условиях имеет чётко выраженный групповой характер. Такая деятельность оказывает положительное влияние на личность обучаемого, она приобретает подлинно коллективный характер. А ведь это не что иное, как прообраз трудовой деятельности взрослого человека. Студенты, таким образом, к непростому общению в процессе этой деятельности.

Потому мы считаем, что необходимо использовать ролевые игры, как на уроках, так и в во внеурочное время. Это позволит успешно решать учебные, воспитательные и общеобразовательные задачи в процессе обучения.

Ролевые игры. Их функции и компоненты.

Роли и маски в группе в большой степени способствуют управлению общением на уроке. Ситуации, создаваемые преподавателем на уроке, организуются как переплетение ролевых ожиданий и неформальных, личностных проявлений.

Учащиеся в зависимости от особенностей своей личности, от степени владения изучаемым языком, от конкретной роли в данной ситуации может «Самовыражаться» или «прятаться» за свою роль (маску).

В связи с этим необходимо учитывать личностные свойства, психологические особенности обучаемых, участвующих в общении. Учебное общение сохраняет все социально - психологические аспекты общения. Ролевое общение - это одновременно и игровая, и учебная, и речевая деятельность. Но при этом, если с позиции учащихся ролевое общение -игровая деятельность или естественное общение, то с позиции преподавателя ролевое общение - форма организации учебного процесса. Эффективность обучения проявляется повышением интереса и мотивации, учащихся т.к. они оказываются в ситуации, когда необходимо, что - то спросить, выяснить, доказать, чем - то поделиться с собеседником. В отличие от диалога или монолога, которые отвечают на вопросы «как сказать», ролевая игра отвечает на вопросы «почему» (мотив) и «зачем» (цели). Центром внимания студентов становятся содержание беседы, и они могут наглядно убедиться в том, что язык может использоваться как средство общения.

Существуют следующие функции ролевой игры:

1.Мотивационно - побудительная, (вызов в потребности общения, стимуляция интереса к участию в общении);

2.Обучающая - (ролевая игра - это упражнение);

3. Воспитывающая (умение слушать друг друга, активность, взаимопомощь);

4.Ориентирующая (ориентирует на планирование собственного речевого стиля);

5.Компенсационная (даёт возможность расширять свой континент деятельности, выйти за её рамки).

Внедрение этого приёма в учебном процессе способствует достижению целей обучения диалогической и полилогической речи и расширенному монологическому высказыванию, организации речемыслительной деятельности, формированию у них навыков и умений самостоятельного выражения мысли. Образованию и воспитанию учащихся средствами иностранного языка.

Ролевая игра состоит из следующих компонентов, помогающих при её организации и воплощении:

1. Роли. Это могут быть социальные и межличностные роли.

2. Исходная ситуация является способом организации ролевой игры. При создании ситуации нужно учитывать её реальность и взаимоотношение коммуникантов.

Ситуация имеет свои компоненты:

• объект

• субъект

• отношение субъекта к предмету разговора

• условия речевого акта

3. Ролевые действия, выполняемые учащимися, играющие определённую роль.

Ролевые действия непосредственно связаны с ролью, которые включают в себя вербальные и невербальные действия, использования бутафории.Смена имён представляет собой одно из важнейших условий, способствующих эффективному управлению общением.

В соответствии с сюжетом каждый учащийся получает свою «легенду» Психологически «Я - маска» это новое лицо, вследствие чего учащийся выбирает своё поведение, заново моделирует свои отношения с остальными членами группы. Легенда позволяет учащимся самовыражаться.

При этом снимаются психологические барьеры, боязнь ошибок, открываются и активируются творческие возможности учащихся. Легенда -маска даёт толчок процессам, способствует их развитию.

Хотелось бы отметить, что ролевые игры могут эффективно использоваться на уроках и во внеурочное время с учащимися разного возраста.

Примерные сценарии проведения праздника «Рождество».

Teacher: Hello, dear friends. Today we want to show you "A Christmas Carol" after Charles Dickens. This performance will be a bit unusual. It will be a lesson - performance. You must be very attentive because we 11 ask you a few questions after it. Let us start now.

Narrator: Have you ever heard about Christmas carols? They are religious songs at Christmas. At Christmas time groups of people sing carols, both indoors and outdoors. They usually collect money for homeless and poor people. Sometimes carol singers, especially children, go along the streets from house to house, singing for money. But there is a Christmas carol that is not a song or a hymn; it is a story told more than a century and a half ago by one of the most wonderful story - tellers of the world - Charles Dickens, the famous English writer. So once upon a time old Ebenezer Scrooge and his clerk Bob Cratchit sat busy in Scrooge's office. It was Christmas Eve. The weather was cold and foggy.

Cratchit: My hands are so cold that I can hardly write. The fire is very small. May I put some wood on it?

Scrooge: It is warm enough for me here. So I think it's warm enough for you. I don't like to spend my money. I'm not a waster. And don't expect me to pay you more than a pound a week.

Cratchit But it's not nearly enough for my large family.

Scrooge: That's your problem. But I think some people should economize.

Scrooges nephew: A Merry Christmas, uncle! God save you.

Scrooge: Humbug. It's my favourite word and I'll say it again. A Merry Christmas. You have no right to be merry. You are poor.

Nephew. Oh, yes, I m poor, uncle, but I m a happy man because I m married to a woman I love.

Scrooge: I can t understand it. Love is even sillier than merry Christmas.

Nephew. Don`t grumble on Christmas, uncle. But I want to invite you to have dinner with my young wife and me.

Scrooge: I don't want to hear about it. Humbug. Get out.

Nephew: A Merry Christmas, uncle. A Merry Christmas, Mr. Cratchit.

Visitor 1: How do you do?

Visitor 2: How do you do, Mr. Scrooge?

Visitor 1: We are collecting money for poor people.

Visitor 2: Thousands of people are in need of the simplest things, even food and clothes.

Scrooge: I have never given money for charity and I'm not going to give it now. Poor people's place is in prison and work houses. Get out.

Visitor 1: Ifs useless to say anything more.

Visitor 2: This man has no heart. Good - bye.

Children: A Merry Christmas! A Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Scrooge: Humbug. All your carols are humbug. Get out, dirty little beggars. What a hard day it is today. But it's time to shut up the office. Good - bye, Cratchit.

Cratchit: At last I can run home to play Christmas games with my children.

Scrooge: Oh my! Marley! My partner! You died several years ago. Why do you trouble me?

The Ghost: I am the Ghost of Christmas Past. Let s travel to the past.

Scrooges sister: Do you remember me, brother?

Scrooge: Oh, yes. I've remembered you now, my kind sister.

Scrooge's sister: You were so lonely and unhappy when you were a school -boy. And I brought you from school on Christmas Eve many years ago and we were together and had the merriest time in the world.

Scrooge: Oh, yes. You had a large and kind heart, but you were not very strong and died soon after you had a child - my nephew. And I am so unkind to him. My dear sister, how could I forget your love? I understand now that love is not a silly thing.

The Ghost of Christmas Past: It's good that you know it now.

The Ghost: I am the Ghost of Christmas Present. I want to take you to Bob Cratchit's poor house.

Bob's wife: Our Tiny Tim is a very weak child. I'm afraid he will not live long. We have no money to cure him.

Bob: Don't say so. I think God will save our Timmy for us. He is much better to day. Just listen, he is singing a carol.

Bob's wife: Come here, children. A Merry Christmas to us all, my dears.

Tiny Tim: God bless us, everyone.

All: God bless us, everyone.

Bob: Let's drink to Mr. Scrooge who gave us this dinner. We are a happy family and he is alone. Long life to him! A Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

All: Long life to Mr. Scrooge. A Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Scrooge: They are not a rich family, they are not well dressed, their shoes are cheap. But they are happy, grateful and pleased with one another. The Ghost of Christmas Present: I want to show you your nephew s home too.

Scrooge's nephew: My uncle is a funny old man and he isn't pleasant either.

His wife: His money is of no use to him.

Scrooges nephew: He can⁷t do any good with it. But I can⁷t be angry with him. fd like to drink to his health. A Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to the Old Man.

Children: A Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Scrooges nephew and his wife: A Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, children. Take these sweets.

Children: Thank you.

Scrooge: Oh, I see now that Christmas is not a silly thing.

The Ghost of Christmas Present: It⁷s good that you've understood it.

The Ghost: Гт the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come and I want to show you your future if you dont change.

The Ghost: No flowers here. Nobody comes to remember you.

Scrooge: No, Spirit! Oh, no, no. I am not the man I was. Good Spirit, I⁷11 start a new life! I will keep Christmas in my heart all though the year. I will live in the Past, the Present and the Future. I will always remember this lesson.

Scrooge: I⁷m very happy! The time before me is my own. A Merry Christmas to everybody! A Happy New Year to all the world! Г/ll send a turkey to Bob Cratchit, I⁷11 send money for the poor and 1^;11 visit my nephew. It was so kind of him to invite me.

Narrator: Scrooge did it all. He cured Tiny Tim. He became as good a friend, as good a master, as good a man, as the good old city knew. The Ghosts did not visit him any more, and people said that he knew how to keep Christmas better than anybody else. And so, as Tiny Tim said, God bless us, everyone.

American Christmas (a party) Teacher: Good evening, dear friends! We are glad to see you here! Today we are going to tell you about a wonderful winter holiday. It is an American Christmas.

P 4: Cities and towns in the United States sparkle bright lights and decorations. Homes, schools, shops and streets are decorated with Christmas trees coloured lights. Store windows display gifts. I m traditional colours for this holiday are red and green.

P 5: On Christmas Eve, the President of the United States turns on the lights of the Christmas tree near the White House and sends his greetings to the nation.

P 6: People sing and hear many songs at Christmas. The songs are different: old traditional songs in English, German, Spanish, French and other languages; religious songs and modern American songs. They create the special atmosphere of the holiday.

P 7: Christmas carols are sung on the radio and in public places during this season. Some of the most famous carols are: "The First Noel", "Joy to the World", and "Silent Night".

ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ.

В заключении нам хотелось бы отметить, что проведение таких праздников в виде ролевых игр заметно сплачивают группу, развивает самооценку и саморегуляцию. Учащиеся «по-другому начинают смотреть» на изучение иностранного языка, интересуются культурой и традициями стран изучаемого языка, находят новую интересную информацию в дополнительной литературе, предлагают свои идеи для проведения различных мероприятий на иностранном языке. Студенты становятся коммуникативны и активны, испытывают удовлетворение от общения с преподавателями, проявляют на уроках изобретательность и фантазию. При проведении различных праздников мы рекомендуем изготовить соответствующие костюмы и декорации, сопровождать песнями или просто музыкальным фоном.
