Практические цели: Повторить пройденный материал в неформальной обстановке при помощи игр и конкурсов; подвести итог проведенной учебной работе на данном этапе обучения английскому языку.

Общеобразовательные цели: Активизировать мыслительную деятельность на правильное применение определенной лексики в естественных ситуациях общения.

Развивающие цели: Развивать воображение, долговременную и оперативную память, способность самостоятельно планировать речевой поступок.

Воспитательные цели: Повысить интерес учащихся к изучению английского языка.

Оборудование: карта лабиринта; разноцветное табло; английский алфавит, буквы которого обозначены месяцами; карточки с ребусами; «волшебные ключи».

Место проведения: классная комната.

Форма проведения: игра.

Ход мероприятия

I. Вступительное слово.

II. Представление команд (название, девиз, эмблема).

III. Конкурсная часть.

1. Разминка.

За каждый правильный ответ, команда получает 1 балл.

     Mother Monster is small and yellow. Her face is square. She has one green eye, a big red nose and two very small grey ears. Her mouth is big and blue. There are three teeth in her mouth. Her hair is black and straight. It is long and braided. She has short arms and big hands. Her legs are short and her feet are big. She has a red dress on. She is a nice monster.

     Father Monster is big and grey. He has a nice triangle face and big eyes. One eye is square and red, the other eye is round and brown. His nose is small and turned up and orange. He has nice curly red hair and a small oval mouth. There are two big teeth in his mouth. His legs are long and his feet are big. He has four arms. He has white trousers and a red shirt on. He is very friendly.

     Baby Monster is very small and very green. He has a square head, short brown hair, two blue eyes and a small mouth. His nose is long and green. His arms and legs are small. His hands and feet are small too. He has white shorts on. He is lovely.
