The trainer tells the group aims of the work, at the same time placing on the wall keywords on colored cards

All participants understand the aims of the work and know that they will discuss

the colored cards with key words

“Find someone who…”

Each participant blindly pulling the card with your tasks trainer gives them 10 minutes to find as many participants as possible corresponding to their job and put their names on the cards have the time. The trainer can sum up the results and awarding of the fact who got the largest number of lists

This exercise assumes the functional load and just relieve stress

“Big painting”-1st part

The trainer informs living facilities for the effective, creative work. They must create an atmosphere of creativity, participants stand around a large sheet of paper and start drawing painting with watercolor each presentation,

-the participants move around the circle on the place of a neighbor and continue to draw on its place

Establishment of the creative atmosphere of productive work. The participants got acquainted with each other

4 posters, 4 boxes of watercolor, 4  jars with water & brushes

Trainer’s monologue

The participants get acquainted with the peculiarities of teaching communities

“7 years later… “ (positive thinking)

The trainer asks everyone to think about what will happen after 5-7 years, if already tentatively called interference, problems and obstacles will be overcome, and vice versa, to accumulate and grow. One of the groups can be asked to prepare a literary story (or even poetic), the other - to draw a picture, and the third is to show a mini-performance too

Competition of funds
Group make a poster presentation of their projects and they play the role of representatives of the Fund for the supporting of the school. They are asked inquiry and expressing criticism. After the presentation all participants vote to choose the best.

Ending of the “Big painting- 2nd  part”

Dry cloth once again put on the table in the centre: the participants are cut out of the frame from the leaf of colored paperand choose the most favorite part of the canvas: selected areas are cut on the back of the participants write what they want to do in their lives as a result of this workshop, and paste the cut out the picture on the Mat

Members have the opportunity to rest. Created the image will be not only a nice gift, but also a reminder about the participants workshopа for themselves the task

Colored leaves for frameworks. Dense leaves for the mat. Scissors and glue

«А letter to the school»

The trainer asks the participants to write a letter to the team of the school, starting with the words  " Dear Teachers of the school named after Abai!  I’ve just been to the workshop on.”         

In the letter, the participants should answer two questions: 1) their impression from the workshop 2) the plans and actions by results of the workshop

The trainer gets a picture of the overall health of the group and further evaluation of the effectiveness of the practical seminar

The envelopes with the address of the participants of the workshop, ballpoint pens

The end of the workshop

Trainer thanked the participants for participation in the workshop
