Урок-ролевая игра
Цель урока: совершенствовать навык устной речи.
Задачи урока: -тренировать учащихся в монологической и диалогической речи по теме.
-развивать навык восприятия иноязычной речи на слух.
- практиковать учащихся в чтении аутентичного текста

1 Организационный момент (цели, задачи урока)
Р1-Hello, dear guests and participants of our great event!
T- Today we have gathered together at our annual international School conference!
P1-My name is Albina. I am from the Russian group of students. My teacher and I will hold this great meeting of students from 3 countries!
T-We’d like to discuss the most important questions such as common features and differences in the system of education of our countries.- слайд1
P1-We’ll touch upon some urgent problems of school nowadays.

а)Выступление представителя групп-Hello, friends ! We are very glad to meet you. We are students of Hampton school (Here is our coat of arms) It’s a private school. I t’s not co-educational- only boys study there. We are in forms of about 25. Each form has a tutor. Our working day starts with morning registration at 8 50 and finishes at 4pm.Our students have a very broad curriculum with compulsory and elective subjects. Our school has modern equipment. The modern languages we study are French, Spanish and Russian Our boys know Latin too.

We are a group of Russian students from Cherepovets Construction College. More than 5 hundred students study there. We are getting good knowledge in different subjects and we are going to be good specialists in the field of road building, design, construction of buildings and management. Hello, everybody! We have come here from the United States. We are ninth graders. We study in a very large public school. There are about 8hundred boys and girls in the 9th grade and we are divided into 25 homeroom groups of about 30-50 students. Our school is well-known for its sports program. There are teams in many sports but boys’ soccer and girls’ basketball teams have won state championships. Our working day divides into8-9 periods, usually 45-50 minutes. Here you can see our class schedule for Monday.( показывает расписание) To finish it up We should say that American high schools are very busy places with lots of noise, energy and movement, but you can get used to it

( Answers Russian group- 1 -In our college we get not only secondary education, but the basic knowledge of different professions. 2-We are students of the second course so we have been studying for 2 years 3- Of course our college is our second home because it’s the place where we get not only knowledge but we make new friends. We spend much time here. Our college life is very interesting. 4-Well , we have 7or 8 lessons. Our working day begins at 8.30 and finishes at 4 pm. We sometimes have lessons on Saturday.
British group-1-It’s difficult to say. Every year there are large numbers of applicants who pass the entrance exams. 2-It’s not a boarding school. We learn but not live there. 3-No lessons, only some sport, music or drama clubs 4-Yes there is some setting in languages and mathematics.
American group-1As for our school , it is state school we don’t have to pay for education. 2-During homeroom period the teacher finds out who is present or absent and she makes some announcements 3-When we don’t have a lesson we go to a particular classroom called “study hall” and do some exercises,)
