There are four seasons

Theme: “There are four seasons”

Language focus: Seasons, temperatures, describing scenes.

New language: There is a beach. It is hot and sunny.

Words :(R) words for weather

Preparation: word cards for weather and box.

Aims:

1.By the end of the lesson

a) children will be able to say 5-7 sentences on topic “Seasons” using the new vocabulary of the lesson.

b) children will be able to describe scenes for weather.

2.to bring up children responsibility for Nature.

Theme: “Seasons”

Aims:

Plan:

1.Warm- up.(7 minutes)

2. Look at the interactive board (presentation” What is the weather like?”) Match and say.

P.B. p.96 Words and pictures. (Read, match and say)

-Open your books at p.96

- Children are describing scenes as in the example.

3. Listening. ( listen and check.)

4. Writing (Write)

5. W/B.p.108

-Open your workbooks at p.108

1. Reading (Read and match. Write the letter)

Children read the speech bubbles on the televisions and match them with the weather scenes below.

Answers: E,C,A,B,D.

6.Spelling.

W.B.p.110(1.Spelling.2.Look and say. Write)

-Children draw lines from the pictures to the first letters of the words and then to ow , they then write the words in the blanks.

7. Ok. Our lesson is over.

Home work W.B. p.109.ex.2S.B.p.97 poem learn by heard.
