What is the similarity of two governments. The head of the government is the President. There are 3 branches of power: Executive, Legislative and Judicial.

Differences: The USA is a federal state. The system of government in Kazakhstan is Parliamentary Presidential. The President of the USA is strongly limited. He must have Congress’s agreement. The executive branch of the system of government in KZ is the government, but in the USA is the President.

Answer: the American Constitution is the world s oldest written constitution in force. It has provided a basis for political stability, individual freedom, economic growth and social progress.

Answer: the Bill is read, studied in committees and amended in Congress. When both Houses of Congress pass a bill on which they agree, it is sent to the President for his signature, then the Bill becomes a law.
