данная разработка урока соответствует программе 8 класса по теме " Образование ". Урок нацеливает учащихся на получение крепких знаний не только по английскому языку, но и в целом по всем предметам. Большое место в проведении урока занимает обсуждение ежегодного Послания Президента страны народу Казахстана. Дети отчетливо должны осознать свое место в жизни и подобные уроки дают им возмжность оценить свои знания и построить свою жизнь так, чтоб не было

раскаяний в бесцельно прожитых годах в школе.

The leader of the 21^st century

Theme: Our motherland is Kazakhstan.

The aim: Speaking about Kazakhstan.

The objectives: to develop the pupils’ interests in the subject of English.

To develop communicative skills through extracurricular work.

To bring up the proud and respect to the country.

Aids: the posters, a tape, map,charts.

The plan :

1.Organization moment.

Today we gathered here to choose the best pupils of our school,

Our game will include: 1^st round- Baiga

2^nd round-Polyglot

3^rd round Kokpar

4^th round- 4 subjects

All the questions will deal with the theme of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We choose one pupil from each class.

Presentation of participants and our fair judge.

The game. The first round is Baiga. We ask questions and the one who answers the first will get 10 points.

1.Where is the Republic of Kazakhstan situated?

2.What is the area of Kazakhstan and with which countries does it border?

3.What is the official language of the country?

4.How many lakes are there in the RK? Which of them are the biggest of all?

5.Who is the Head of State ?

The 2^nd round : POLYGLOT

Give the translation of the words into Kazakh and Russian.

The 3^rd round KOKPAR

The task is to answer the questions as quickly as you can.

1.When do we celebrate the holiday Nauryz?

2.Who is the author of the novel “Abai zhoky”?

3.When was the new Constitution of the RK adopted?

4.Who are the authors of the new anthem of the RK?

5.For whom has the monument been built in Russia in 2006 year?

6.Who is the author of the book “Asia’?

Where the oil resources can be found in the RK?

The 4^th round : Subjects: Choose the subject which you like. Each question has the points according to the difficulty.

Geography: 20 points: How many lakes are there in Kazakhstan? ( about 5000).

30 points: Where is the lake Jalanash situated? ( Kokshetau, the region in the north of KZ?

History: 20 points: When was the first President of the Republic elected? (1991)

30 points: When was the official residence of the President built? ( 1994_.

Sports/. 20 points: When did Kazakhstan become a member of the World Olympic Committee? ( 1994_.

30 points: When did the Olympic Games held in London?
