Talking about gardening in England. Presentation of new words and its structures. To develop the speaking , reading , writing of the children in pairs.

M:I’m fine thanks. What about you?

O:I’m fine, too.

M: I phoned you at 2 o’clock yesterday, but you weren’t at home. Where were you?

O:We were in the garden.

M: What were you doing there?

O: My father was planting trees. My mother was watering the flowers.

England is famous for its gardens and most people like gardening. Flower shows and vegetable slows are popular in England. At these shows gardeners get prizes for the most beautiful flowers and the biggest vegetables. The process of growing plants is more important to a lot of gardeners than looking at flowers or eating vegetables.
