Колледж оқушыларының  шет тілі  пәніне  деген  қызығушылығын  арттыруда ашық сабақ  өткізілді. Ағылшын тілі пәнінен 0111000 «Негізгі орта білім» мамандығы 1 курс 14 тобында өткізілетін ашық сабақ  «The Republic of Kazakhstan. Astana is the Capital of Kazakhstan» тақырыбына арналған. Оқушылар мектепте ағылшын тілінде сөйлейтін елдер бойынша және колледжде шет тілі пәнінде алған білімдерін көрсетеді.

I think everything is OK! I’m glad to see you today at our lesson!

-Today we will have new and interesting theme and we will get acquainted with new information by means of listening, reading, writing and discussion.

-Look at the blackboard, today I prepared for you as phonetically drill 3 proverbs, these proverbs are in English language try to translate it in Kazakh and in Russian:

Kazakhstan.
The Republic of Kazakhstan is situated in the Central Asia. Kazakhstan was established as the republic of Kazakhstan in December 1991. The country is the second largest of the former Soviet republics with a total area of over 2753000 square kilometers. Its population is about 17,7 million. The population mostly lives in towns and large villages. 
Kazakhstan borders China, Russia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Kirgizia. There is a long border coast line on the Caspian Sea in the Southwest. Kazakh is the state language of the country, but it is not the only language which people speak in the country. Russian is the language of mutual communication among the people of different nationalities. Other languages are spoken there too. 
Astana is the capital of the Republic. It is situated in the central part of the country.
There are many rivers and lakes in Kazakhstan. The four rivers are the main resources of water in the country. They are the Irtysh in the east, the Syr-Daria in the southwest, the Ili in the southeast, and the Ural in the northwest of the country. The largest lakes are the Balkhash, the Zaysan, the Ala-Kol, and the Tengiz. 
The climate of the country is strongly continental. It is cold in winter and hot in summer.
The country is rich in mineral resources such as copper, oil, natural gas, gold, iron, lead, nickel, silver, tin and zinc. Agriculture takes a very important sector in the national economy. The people grow wheat, millet, corn and cotton. Peaceful and generous, the land of the Kazakhs has always been famous for its hospitality. Kazakhstan is the world’s ninth largest area, has many beautiful places and rich culture.

Astana is the capital of Kazakhstan Astana (the former Akmola) was founded in 1830. In 1961 Akmola was renamed into Tselinograd. In 1992 the city got its name Akmola again and since October 1997 Akmola has become a new capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Later on it got its present name Astana.

 Astana is the capital of Kazakhstan. It occupies the north - western part of the Sary Arka, on the river Ishim. The climate is extreme continental. Astana is a modern growing city, a political, financial, economic, scientific and socio - cultural centre of the state. In 1999 Astana was awarded with the medal and little of City of Peace by UNESCO.

There are a lot of magnificent beautiful buildings, higher educational establishments, colleges and secondary schools, hotels, banks and other commercial structures in Astana, the new capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan. There are many places of interest in Astana: the Central Square the Republic Avenue, the Palace of Youth and the Bridge across the Ishim River, the Regional Museum of Fine Arts and others. From everywhere you can see Bayterek, the symbol of prosperity and happiness.

The Bayterek Tower has become the city's symbol and its visiting card.
