Данная материал представляет собой разработку открытого урока по теме "Америка". Урок предназначен для учащихся 4 класса по УМК Верещагина И.Н. для школ с углубленным изучением английского языка. Урок комбин6ированного типа, направлен на формирование лексических навыков по данной теме и на отработку грамматического материала (Present Perfect). Задания подобраны в соответствии с данными целями.

ОТКРЫТЫЙ УРОК «AMERICA»

Цель урока: формирование лексических навыков.

Тип урока: комбинированный.

Задачи:

1. Обучающие

- Активизирование лексики по теме «America»;

- Повторение Present Perfect + неправильные глаголы;

- Формирование навыков диалогической речи;

2. Развивающие:

- Развитие общего и лингвистического кругозора учащихся;

- развитие коммуникативных навыков;

- Развитие мыслительных операций (сравнение, анализ, синтез);

- Развитие познавательного интереса к английскому языку;

3. Воспитательные цели:

- Воспитание толерантного отношения друг к другу;

- Воспитание умения сосредоточиться;

Оборудование: Компьютер, наглядные пособия (Рисунки, флаги, презентация).

Ход урока

  1. Приветствие.

Good afternoon to you, my friends. Today we have an unusual lesson because there are a lot of guests in our classroom. So we are to do our best you should be active and polite. That is the plan of our lesson. Have a look - Today we are going to…

  1. Oh friends, somebody is knocking at the door. Who is there? Oh my dear come in. Do you know such a character? What’s his name? Friends, Khrusha has a great problem. You know, he wants to visit his cousin Piglet. Have a look, that’s Piglets letter to Khrusha.   1. «Dear cousin, I’m sure that you are good at history of your country. But I want to check how will you know the history of America.»

So friend we are to help Khrusha any way. To do it, I invite you to play «Agree & Disagree» game. I read you some sentences. If it’s true you show me yellow cards with a happy face. If you disagree show me the red card with a sad face. For the right answer you will get a star.

  1. Christopher Columbus discovered India.

  2. Christopher Columbus discovered America.

  3. Columbus made 12 sea voyages.

We have coped with this task. Well done. So let’s go on.

  1. «Khrusha, you know my friends. Winnie-the-Pooh, Brother Rabbit, Tiger want to see you very much. You should know how to speak with them. »

Friends let’s teach Khrusha to make the dialogues. I know, some of you prepared the dialogues. You are to revise them. All the rest will get a special task. I give you the parts of the dialogue. They are not in order. You are to put them in order. (Две пары отвечают, остальные работают с карточками)

A: - Jack? You are back!

  • Have not seen you for ages! Where were you?

  • Really? How long did you stay there?

  • I was there one week.

  • Oh, you are lucky!

B: - What is your name? Where are you from?

  • My name is Alice. I’m from America.

  • How long have you lived there?

  • I have lived here for 7 years.

  1. Now I suppose that you are tired. Let’s relax a little bit (делаем упражнения + видео)

  2. «Khrusha, I’m very interested in your life. So I have a question – What have you done today?»

Friends, look at this sentences. Where is the main word? So, what shall we use? This a magic box. You are to come up to me and chose one card with a word and make up a sentence (4 карточки) + стихи с НГ.

  1. (Подношу Хрюшу к уху) You know, Khrusha has fallen down. The words are mixed. We are to match the part of the words. (compounds, на доске)

Khrusha, you see, how clever my pupils are.

  1. Do you know the American holidays? It’s necessary for you. Friends, Khrusha does not know anything. Shame on him. So, I give you the pictures, you are to guess the holiday and say a few of words about it.

  2. And finally, I want to check your logics, because it is very important to be a logical person.

Pupils, I give you the chain of words, and you are to odd one out.

New-York, Washington, Moscow, Los Angeles;

Pluto, Mickey Mouse, Kolobok, Goofy

Khrusha you are to follow my pupils. They are the examples to follow.

Friends, you did really well today. I’m very proud of you. We helped Khrusha. May be he will take us with him, because now we are friends. Friend in need is a friend indeed.
