I. Organization moment: Good morning? Glad to see you! How are you? What date is it? Who is absent today? What problem has he (she)? Are you ready for the lesson? Let’s start!

T: Today we`ll devote our lesson to reading, writing, speaking about WHAT??? Have a lok at these pictures and guess WHAT ARE WE GOING TO SPEAK ABOUT?
P: I think we are going to speak about sport…, smoking…….., alcohol drinking……., taking drugs………., about regular meals……, healthy food and going in for sports.
T: Yes of cause, you are right we are going to speak about sport, health, health problems and healthy way of life. I am sure it is very important to be healthy. Health was valued greatly in all times and in all countries. People can buy different things but they can't buy their health.

They are usually named by a letter of the alphabet (А, В, C, D, etc.)
•Vitamin A is in green and yellow vegetables, milk and eggs. It's necessary for seeing in the dark. Carrot has a lot of vitamin A, so it is good for your eyes and it helps to grow.
•Vitamin B1 is in meat, porridge and bread. B1 is useful for the nervous system.
•Vitamins B6 and К are necessary for human blood. You can find B6 in beans and milk; К - in potatoes, tomatoes and carrots
Vitamin С is in every fruit and vegetable. You can find this vitamin in lemons, strawberries, oranges and grapefruits, onions, cabbages and beans. Vitamin С is important for building bones and teeth. It helps to prevent colds. Pumpkin is full of vitamin С and minerals. Eat it when you have problems with your skin.
•Vitamin D is in eggs. People can also get it from sunlight. It makes our bones strong.
•Vitamin E is necessary for skin and body. It's in bread and nuts.
Vitamins make people healthy, optimistic and strong.
Remember:
