Greetings. Good morning. How are you?

Head and shoulders, knees and toes. Song (TPR)

How do you think what is the theme our today?

Head. Elicit the answer: head\ face (picture of the face)

Prior Knowledge-

  • students watch the video.

  • What did you see?

Students say: hair, mouth...

T: Yes, we will learn how name the parts of face

  • Phonetic drill: hair, mouth, nose. We have two eyes and ears. CVC strategy: air[ εә], h [h] th[Ө] ou [au] ear [ᴵᵊ]

  • Activity: find the words and put them in correct place.

  • Let’s sing and play Touch game

  • Writing: Complete the missing letters

Students go to the board and write the missing letters. Then they should read the words.

E _ _ s, h _ _ r, _ a _ s, _ o_e, _ o_t_.

Look at our CLOWN. Please come to the board and write the parts of face.
