Тема урока: “In the country and in the city”; Unit 3

Цель урока: развитие коммуникативных умений и навыков по теме

Задачи: • совершенствование произносительных навыков,

              •  активизация лексики по теме в различных ситуациях,

              •совершенствование грамматических навыков, отработка использования в речи степеней сравнения прилагательных,

              •обучение аудированию с целью понимания общего содержания.

Познавательный аспект: расширение и углубление знаний по теме «Страна. Город. Село»

Развивающий аспект: • развитие интеллектуальных способностей,

                       • развитие устойчивого интереса к изучению английского языка

Воспитательный аспект: воспитание чувства любви и уважения к своей стране и родному селу.

Средства обучения и оборудование урока: компьютер, мультимедийный проектор,карточки, аудио диск.

                                        Ход урока. 

  I.Организационный момент.

Hello, boys and girls! Glad to see you! How are you? What is the weather like today?

The theme of our lesson is  “ In the country and in the city”(слайд)

Today we” ll continue our talk about the Country and the City and to learn the degrees of comparison of adjectives.

 II.Фонетическая зарядка. (Слайд)

Now I’d like to practice today’s vocabulary. Repeat after me  please .

1. river                              6. road                                 11. hill                             

2. over the river               7 .cow                                  12 in the town                                                                                                                                          

3.sheep                             8.in front of the house         13.in the streets

4.bridge                            9.next to the house              14. in the city                     

 

5. field                              10. garden                         15.in the country         

  III .Активизация употребления степеней сравнения прилагательных.

1. Now, let’s remember about the degrees of comparison of adjectives. Who can say the rule?(слайд)  I’ll give you a flower with five leaves , please, find only those leaves ,which are in the degrees of comparison.( Каждому ученику раздаются  лепестки цветка, нужно выбрать прилагательное со  сравнительной и превосходной степенью, 2 прилагательных - лишние).

 

2. Look at the sentences, please. You can see that some adjectives are missing. Choose one of the sentences and complete the sentences. (Слайд)

1 .A bear is ….than a hare. (big, bigger, the biggest)

2. A mouse is…. than a cow. ( small, smaller, the smallest)

3. Bob is  ….boy in his class. (short, shorter, the shortest)

4. Africa is  ….place I know. (hot, hotter, the hottest)

5. A monkey is ….than a horse. (funny, funnier, the funniest).

3. Please, let’s remember how to write the adjectives correctly. (Слайд).

Open the book at page40 exercise 22.Complete the sentences. Write the adjectives on the blackboard.

4. Thank you, children. Let’s act the fairy tale “A goat and seven kids” (Драматизация сказки » Коза и семеро козлят» с употреблением степеней сравнения прилагательных).

 

IV.Физкультминутка.It’s time to relax.

V. Аудирование. Now you should listen to the text and choose the right answer. Ex. 12 page 37 (disk audio).

VI. Развитие навыков монологической речи. Ролевая игра.

Imagine that you are at the International Festival. Tell your new friend about your city, town, and country. ( Проверка домашнего задания. Рассказы учащихся  о местах, где они живут).

 

VII. Беседа с учащимися. Где бы они хотели жить.

I’d like to know, children. Where would you like to live? In the city or in the country? And why?

VIII. Итоги урока.

There are a lot of places to live. Some people live in the city; some people live in the country. Everybody like the place where they live. The proverb says “East or West, home is best”.   For us the best place in the world is our country Chagan. It is an old country .It is 310 years old. We love our country.

IX.Домашнее задание. Оценки .Thank you for your work. The lesson is over. Good bye.
