Урок разработан для учащихся 7 класса (с углубленным изучением английского языка)

Тема: «Free time. Hobbies and interests»

Тип урока: комбинированный

Цели урока:

  • Развитие и автоматизация лексических навыков по теме;
  •  Систематизация знаний по теме;
  •  Развитие умений и навыков устной диалогической и монологической речи;
  • Воспитание у школьников стремления с пользой проводить свободное время.

Задачи:

 Общеобразовательные задачи:

  • Обобщить лексико-грамматический материал по теме “Хобби и интересы”;
  • Активизировать употребление в речи учащихся речевых образцов в Perfect Tenses (Present, Past, Future);
  • Совершенствовать навыки монологической и диалогической речи;

Развивающие задачи:

  • Развивать способность к речевому общению на ИЯ;
  • Развивать умение работать в парах и группах;
  • Повышать общую мотивацию с помощью творческой (проектной) работы и личностно-ориентированных вопросов.

Практические задачи:

  • Практиковать учащихся в умении вести беседу по теме «Хобби»;
  • Совершенствовать навыки монологической и диалогической речи;
  • Совершенствовать грамматические навыки и умения.

Воспитательные задачи:

  • Способствовать развитию самостоятельности школьников;
  • Воспитать чувство уважения к культуре и традициям других стран.

Методы и методические приемы:

  • Объяснительно-иллюстративный;
  • Монологические: описание, объяснение;
  • Диалогические: беседа.

Дидактический материал:

Раздаточный материал; Личные фотографии, картинки учащихся, компьютер, проектор

  • Тренировка навыков монологической и диалогической речи;
  • Тренировка восприятия речи на слух;
  • Повторение грамматического материала (Perfect Tenses);
  • Проверка грамматических навыков в письменной речи

  • Домашнее задание;

Ход урока

  1. Организационный момент и приветствие

Teacher:  Good morning, children, teachers and all the guests of our lesson –I am very glad to see you.

Pupils: Good morning, Anastasia Vladimirovna! We are glad to see you too!

T: Sit down, please. Let’s begin our lesson. Well, please, what date is it today? What day is it today? Is anybody absent today?

Teacher: This is our second lesson on the theme “Free time. Hobbies and interests”. You like the theme, don’t you? Many people, both grownups and children, like to use their free time for their interests and hobbies. You see, our life will not be very interesting if you have no hobby. Do you all have different hobbies or are there pupils who have similar hobbies?  I want to know not only what hobbies you have but also how important they are for you and your family.  Soon we’ll know about them.

Teacher: Now I want you to look on the screen where you can see words and expressions. All of you will repeat the word after me and one of you will have to translate it:

Тренировка навыков монологической и диалогической речи

T: So, there are a lot of hobbies. Am I right? For example, dancing…(обращается к предметным картинкам).

PP: перечисляют различные виды интересов.

 Teacher: Let’s see now what hobbies do you have. Let’s ask each other questions to see what hobbies you have:

P1: Hi, Katya! What is your hobby?

P2: Hi, Nastya! My hobby is dancing. Etc.

3. Do you like your hobby?

4. Is your hobby interesting and useful?

5. Do you collect anything?

6. Is your collection thematic?

T: Now I want you to tell everybody about your hobbies. But at first I’d like to tell you about my hobbies.

I have many different hobbies. But most of all I like to collect magnets. I have got magnets from different cities, from different towns. All my friends know about my hobby, and thanks to them I have such a large collection.

Another my hobby is going in for sports. I like yoga, callanetics. I do yoga and callanetics three times a week. But most of all I like my third hobby. It is tourism. I like to go the mountains or to the sea. Especially I like to go to the mountains in spring, when you climb to the top and find yourself in the snow and then you go down and you see green trees, grass.

And now I want you to tell me about your hobbies. Go to the blackboard with the pictures or photos connected with your hobby and speak please.

T: Good for you. I hope that hobbies will help you be interesting and creative people in future. I advise you to read much, go in for sports and have useful hobbies.

T: I think you’re a bit tired now. It’s just the time to do some physical exercises.

PP: We listened to the dialogues, talked about hobbies, etc.

Домашнее задание

T: Your home task will be ex. 1, p. 29 in your WB. There is the text.You will read it, and give the title of this text, and ex.3, p.30 – the exercise on the tenses. Please, try to do your homework on your own.

Выставление оценок.

T: Your marks for the lesson are… (учитель выставляет оценки)

The lesson is over. Goodbye.

Резервное упражнение

T: Open your exercise-books, please, and write down the date.  Now you will write down six sentences. Two sentences on each perfect tense (present, past, future). I give you 5 minutes.
