Данная работа представляет собою тест, составленный на основе британского учебника "Friends" (Кэмбридж), изданный специально для иностранцев, обучающихся английскому языку. Тест составлен для учащихся, изучающих английский язык первый год. Он охватывает весь материал, включенный в данное учебное пособие. Тест охватывает все виды речевой деятельности: аудирование, чтение, говорение и письмо. Кроме того, в него включены задания, способствующие развитию смекалки и догадки обучающихся, что в свою очередь способствует развитию сообразительности и логического мышления учащихся. Однако его главная ценность заключается в том, что он представляет собою алгоритм, на основе которого легко можно составить тест к любому англоязычному учебнику с целью контроля приобретенных умений и навыков обучающихся.
