Данная статья подразумевает понятие об интегрированном обучении, применяя в процессе обучения три основных языка коммуникации: Казахский язык - родной, Русский язык - язык межнационального общения и документооборота, Английский язык - международный язык. 

Я, как учитель английского языка призываю детей, а так же и учителей применять на уроках несколько единиц лексики в качестве перевода пройденных новых слов и выражений. Тогда и урок будет проходить красочнее, и детям в помощь при пополнении словарного запаса.

TRILINGUAL EDUCATION IN KAZAKHSTAN

The focus of this study is the attitudes of school learners and not only toward introduction of the Kazakh language in 2011, Kazakhstani government launched a new program “Laws of languages”, 2011-2013[1]. According to this program in order to spread and promote the usage and learning of Kazakh language as a state, of Russian language, which serves us on a level with the state language and freely use of English language as an international tool in communication [2]. Therefore, the student’s communicative skills using these necessary languages are taken into consideration and are assessed. In order to find the answers for the research problem, there were posed three research questions: What are the students’ attitudes toward all three languages and how does it affect on a society?; Why people, especially young scientists do care about development of important languages among learners, teenagers and adults?; What factors may influence on students’ motivation and attitudes? [3]

Long ago, in the period of the Soviet Union Kazakh people had to speak only in Russian. That time a society was strict and did not give chance to simple people to feel themselves free. It controlled, made notices, wanted to rule eternally. Fortunately, later, the Soviet Union was frustrated to going on their plan, and finally peoples become witnesses of building a new state which we know as Kazakhstan. Everything changed to better…[4]

It is surely to say that present trends of living and education in Kazakhstan, and the roles of cultural, social and political spheres cannot be appreciated without a comprehensive understanding, that present day education in Kazakhstan evolved. And I let myself to think that all mentioned systems are tightly connected by official used languages as Kazakh, Russian and English. The results show that students learn the Kazakh language due to the future job opportunities; while Russian language helps us to support a conversation; Kazakhstan is a developing country. Accordingly, the role of English language is unchangeable. The ability to successfully creation of a background for the next generation we should keep in mind purposes of work to enlarge triple language skills that everybody will have in the future. However, people indicate lack of communication possibilities in society. Another point is students’ preparation in the classroom, and through rote-learning and memorization they are able to conduct, but this phenomenon is temporary. As recommendations for the future implication, modernization of methodologies for teaching and learning Kazakh and English in schools; how I have already said Russian language is a common foundation in changing of opinions and is considered as a bridge in oral and written speech [6]

If this triangle works together the society will develop faster even if some representatives of Kazakh nationality cannot understand it and do not try to speak mother tongue with their own children. Consequently, their children being adults are not able to continue language speaking family tradition. People should think what moral, educational, spiritual heritage and memory will leave after themselves. That is why, I have noted some essential ways to be evolved in language progress.

Here are five categories were revealed during the findings:

  • Parents must organize a practical language environment in family;

  • Parents should speak the mother tongue and to show interest and respect to international languages;

  • Reading any literature in language and try to translate meanings of sentences;

  • More speaking at home and at school;

  • Watching interesting short videos with subtitles.

Implementation of the state language with implementing communicative tasks is a global issue; future perspectives of the Kazakh language in order to raise student’s motivation to study and practice it is the most troubling question for me, because we do not have to lose all obtained and well-deserved name during 25 years of existing of Kazakhstan.
