Уи?льям Шекспи?р - английский поэт и драматург, зачастую считается величайшим англоязычным писателем и одним из лучших драматургов мира. Часто именуется национальным поэтом Англии.
Дошедшие до нас работы, включая некоторые, написанные совместно с другими авторами, состоят из 38 пьес, 154 сонетов, 4 поэм и 3 эпитафий. Пьесы Шекспира переведены на все основные языки и ставятся чаще, чем произведения других драматургов.
Данная работа, поможет учителям приобщить своих учащихся к творчеству великого драматурга и повысит интерес и мотивацию к изучению иностранного языка.

William Shakespeare was born on the 23 rd of April, 1564 in Stratford–on–Avon.

He studied at a grammar school. It began early in the morning and ended late in the evening. He learned Latin, Greek and many other interesting subjects. But it was very hard .
After finishing grammar school, he was a teacher at the same school. At the age of 18 he married Ann Hathaway. When he was 21 years old he left for London. Soon he began to write plays.
Sometimes he worked as an actor. But the actors did not have their own theatre, that's why they built a theatre and called it “Globe”.
