Думаю, что каждый преподаватель на своих уроках использует такую работу учащихся как презентация. Представленная презентация, представляет собой лишь слайды с небольшим количеством информации. Поэтому ее можно дать учащимся как задание для подготовки устного ответа к представленным слайдам ( при этом, можно задание дать нескольким ученикам одновременно устроив, тем самым, соревнование за лучшее устное сопровождение презентации). Кроме английского языка, учащийся вынужден будет при подготовке ответа обратиться к таким учебным предметам как география, история, МХК, что дает ответу межпредметный характер.

TOURIST PACKAGE: ITINERARY

DAY 1

You must be in the airport of Montreal at the scheduled time. It is your solely responsibility to get there in time, if you miss the flight there will not be any reimbursement. It is a direct flight to Madrid operated by Airtransat for 850 CAD.

DAY 2

In Madrid the entire group should remain together to get the next flight to Istanbul at the indicated time. Upon arrival, in Istanbul, our staff will pick you up and bring you to the hotel.

DAY 3: ISTANBUL

During your first day in Istanbul you will start the journey with an amazing visit across the New Mosque and the Egyptian bazar. Afterwards, you will cross to the Asian side of the city through the Bosforo´s Bridge.

We might take a break at the Camlica hills. We will also visit Beylerbeyi Palace. In the afternoon if the weather allows us, we might have a cruise in the Bosforos River.

DAY 4: ISTANBUL

Free day.

We would recommend you few different lovely visits to keep discovering the great treasures of Istanbul.

This attractive tour starts with a visit to the Topkapi Palace and its Harem, it is a special place which serves to host the Sultan's mother, sisters, daughters and concubines.

Then you will visit the Saint Sophia Basilica and the roman Hippodrome. This tour includes also a visit to the Blue Mosque. You would end up visiting the Grand Bazaar, a market that has more than 4,000 shops inside.

DAY 5: ISTANBUL - ANKARA

Air Travel Istambul to Ankara

Free morning where you could go shopping to the Grand Bazar or visit the Golden Horn.

The tour starts at the Great Mosque of Eyup. We will continue visiting the St. Saviour church in Chora.

Finally we should stop by Pierre Loti cafeteria, with some of the most beautiful views of the Golden Horn.

At the scheduled time, you must take the shuttle to the airport for the Ankara flight, the capital of the Turkey Republic.

DAY 6: ANKARA - CAPADOCIA

Morning tour of Ankara, then we will visit the Anatolian Civilizations Museum, witch contains a large collection of Paleolithic, Neolithic and Roman pieces.

We continue with the extraordinary and fascinating world of Cappadocia.

DAY 7: CAPADOCIA

During sunrise an air balloon excursion is optional to watch the amazing Cappadocia views.

We could begin visiting the underground city of Kaymakli or Seratli, which were built by the Christian communities to guard against Arab attacks.

At night, we suggest a show in a typical cave of the region where you can enjoy typical Turkish folk dances .

DAY 8: CAPADOCIA

We start doing the Uchisar Castle sightseeing tour. And continue towards Guvercinlik Valley (known as the Pigeon Valley) and the Goreme valley, which is surrounded by spectacular cones´ hills and fairy chimneys.

Then you should visit the outdoors Museum in Goreme, a monastic complex of churches and chapels carved into the rock, covered with frescoes between the tenth and thirteenth centuries, which were declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO

Day 9: CAPPADOCIA KONYA—PAMUKKALE

First thing in the morning, we will go to Konya by bus, the ancient capital of the Seljuk Empire, considered one of the biggest cultural centers of Turkey, where the mystic poet and philosopher Mevlana had founded the Sufi order.

You might visit the Mevlana Mausoleum in the afternoon and keep going to Pamukkale.

DAY 10: PAMUKKALE-HIERAPOLIS-AFRODISIAS-IZMIR (KUSADASI)

In the morning we will visit Pamukkale, this city is called the "Cotton Castle", one of most incredible natural areas of the world, extraordinary natural formation, composed of white pools with different levels on the hillsides.

In the afternoon we will continue to Aphrodisias, an impressive city called like that in honor to the Goddess Aphrodite. Then we will have the trip to Izmir (Kusadasi).
