Traditional Greek food
Greece is the oldest country in Europe. It was the most important culture center in the Mediterranean and the Middle east.
There are five of Greek food aspects:

1. Using of healthy products;
2. Greeks do not abuse harmful food;
3. The most popular traditional product – olive oil;
4. National dishes are seasoned with lemon juice, citrus fruits are adding to the main dishes;
5. The Greeks often consume a lot of dairy products.

Avgolemono “Avgolemono” is a family of sauces and soups in Greek, Turkish, Arab, Sephardic Jewish, Balkan, and Italian cuisines .
Melitzanosalata isn`t salad at all. It`s like a porridge.
