They say to be a teacher is a great.work. I agree with But to be an ideal leader among other teachers is much more difficult. You should be sympathetic and strict at the same time as you are a teacher for you adults. this You teachers are your elder children. And they all have their problems,they are all different and you should find the way to everyone. You should be confident and hard working as you have no time to waste.statement completely. It is very hard to work with children.

An ideal manager

They say to be a teacher is a great work. I agree with this statement completely. It is very hard to work with children.

• You should not only hear them but you must listen to them. •You should understand their feelings and know what they are fond of, how they spend their free time and so on.

But to be an ideal leader among other teachers is much more difficult. You should be sympathetic and strict at the same time as you are a teacher for you adults.

You teachers are your elder children. And they all have their problems,they are all different and you should find the way to everyone. You should be confident and hard working as you have no time to waste.

As ideal leader you must be aware of everything : how your teachers work,how children study ,what parents think about their children’s studying and even what the state of your school building is. You should be everywhere simultaneously and react quickly in any situation.
