In the morning I took a taxi to Hyde Park. I sat on the grass in the park and read a magazine. I left the park at a quarter to 12 and went to Piccadilly Circus by underground. I had lunch in an Italian restaurant. In the afternoon I bought some new shoes. In the evening I saw a play. I got back to my hotel at half past 10.

Tell this text in the Past Simple

Santa Claus is very busy in December. He gets up early. He washes his face and hands with snow. At 7 am Santa has an ice cream and a cup of cold coffee for breakfast. Then he gives bread to his deer Rudolph. Santa takes snow and cold weather and flies to different countries. He visits forests and fields, rivers and mountains.

In the evening Santa makes Christmas presents for his friends.
