Урок – проект: «Музыкальные привычки»
в 7 классе по УМК Н.Н. Деревянко и др."New millennium"
Цель: повысить мотивацию учащихся к изучению английского языка
Задачи:
- Развивать творческие способности учащихся
- Формировать навыки диалогической и монологической речи
- Повторить и закрепить лексику предыдущего урока по теме «Музыкальные привычки»
Ход урока:
I. Приветствие учащихся
Teacher: - Good morning, dear children! Glad to see you. We have an unusual lesson today.
II. Повторение лексики: На доске слова (pop, folk, classical, rock, jazz, country, techno, rap)
Teacher: - Girls and boys look at the blackboard and say what kinds of music you know. (Ученики называют музыкальные жанры)
Teacher: - Now listen to 4 pieces of music and say what types they are. Ex 2a page 34
Pupil 1: - Classical Pupil 2: - Jazz Pupil 3: - Country Pupil 4: - Folk
Teacher: - You are absolutely right. Well, it’s time to revise the words. Repeat after me and choose the meaning of the words.
(Ученики повторяют слова и выбирают значение слов по презентации)
WORDS: relaxing, sad, boring, cheerful, loud, calm, fast, energetic, fantastic.)
Teacher: What type of music is cheerful, loud ….. etc.?
Pupils: - Country music is cheerful. Classical music is calm and relaxing. Jazz is energetic. Rock is loud. Pop music is fast. Folk is sad and boring. Techno is fantastic.
III. Закрепление лексики. Развитие навыков монологической речи.
Teacher: - Now it’s time to know about your musical tastes! Look at the blackboard and write the same chart in your copybooks.
– Ready? Good! Let’s start!
- Raise your hands who likes pop (folk, classical, rock, jazz, country, techno, rap) music?
- Let’s count! How many?
Pupils: - 8 pupils enjoy rock music. 6 pupils enjoy pop. 7 pupils love rap songs ……etc.
(Ученики поднимают руки, называют количество, составляют высказывание и строят графики в тетрадях, учитель на доске. Cм. презентацию.)
Teacher: - Excellent! Look at your charts again and make a conclusion: What music style is the most popular in your class?
Pupil 1: The most popular is TECHNO music.
Teacher: That’s right. And what other music do the pupils in the class enjoy?
Pupil 2: Pupils also like to listen to POP, ROCK and RAP music.
Teacher: Now write down these conclusions near the chart.
(Дети записывают вывод вместе с учителем рядом с графиком.)
IV. Музыкальная зарядка.
Teacher: Now, let’s have a rest and sing a song “If you are happy”
V. Развитие навыков диалогической речи.
Teacher: Open your textbooks on page 35 and find exercise 4. Look at the questions there. Answer these questions to the class. But first let’s make one more MUSIC CHART to know about our musical habits.
(Ученики строят еще один график, чтобы сделать вывод одинаковые или разные музыкальные привычки у ребят в классе. См. презентацию)
For example: Pupil 1: 1) Who listens to music every day? Raise your hands! Let’s count! 10pupils.
Pupil 2: 10 pupils listen to music every day …etc.
Pupil3: Who reads music magazines?
Pupil 4: Who sing in the shower or in the bath?
Pupil 5: Who study to music?
Pupil 6: Who wakes up to music?
Pupil 7: Who watches music programmes?
Pupil 8: Who collects CDs or cassettes?
Teacher: Well, our chart is finished. Look at it and make a conclusion! Are your MUSICAL HABITS similar or different?
Pupil: Musical habits in the class are different.
VI. Подведение итогов урока.
Teacher: At the end of the lesson pay attention to your homework.
It will be a project: “MUSICAL HABITS”. Write down what it includes.
PROJECT:
- Name
- Musical charts of your class.
- A report about your music tastes and habits (6-10 sentences).
