Мы много знаем про Лондон, но врядли можно найти вразумительный и интересный материал про САМУ Англию - не суетную и амбициозную,а ту, что мы называем "старой и доброй ".Моя презентация посвящена малым городкам юго-восточной Англии, в которых каждый камень дышит далёкой историей и влечёт своей неповторимостью. Данная презентация посвящена известному туристскому маршруту -Кентербери. Про него можно много почитать, включая Кентерберийские рассказы Чосера, но вот, посмотреть эти места более или менее подробно в хорошем качестве, очень сложно. Я предлагаю вам такую возможность - прогуляться по средневековым улочкам Кентербери, зайти в известный Кентерберийский собор и, ощутить при этом "английский дух".Все фотографии,использованные в презентации, сделаны автором презентации.

Canterbury Cathedral
Historic English Cathedral city . UNESCO World Heritage Site.It lies in the centre of the City of Canterbury in the south east of GB, Kent County.
It has a long history of fight between Kings and Church, invaders and defenders…but now it’s one of the most beautiful places of Great Britain. They worship this place as the heart of Anglican church and call it “Our heart”.

In early Ages it was a Celtic tribe settlement. In the 1stcentury the Romans captured it and rebuilt the city.
Now it looks like that .This way is leading to the Cathedral. Spring…Tulips, magnolia trees…
