The area of New York is 1 214 km 2 .Population is19,795,791 (2015 est). Located on the Atlantic coast of the Northeastern United States, the city consists of five distinct boroughs: The Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island. It is the most densely populated major city in the United States.

The Rockefeller Center.

The Statue of Liberty

The statue was designed by Frederic Auguste Bartholdi to memorize the friendship between the two countries.
