Extracurricular event in English "Funny train" in 6 A,B,G classes

Purpose: Increasing students' motivation to learn English.

Tasks:

• Development of speaking and listening skills in the process of creative communication

• Unleashing the creative potential of students

• Raising empathy for the success of classmates

Equipment: multimedia projector, screen, laptop, presentation, tokens, prizes for participation.

The holiday begins with the greeting of children with a fun clip “Funny train”

Announcer: Hello, friends! Welcome to our English festival! Let’s travel by our Funny train to many stations and you will show us your talent of singers, actors and poets. OK? You are passengers of our train now. Be very active and attentive during our trip!

- Are you ready? (children massage their eyes in a clockwise direction);
